United Energy Egypt’s Vendor Qualifications Criteria

Qualifying Requirements: Vendors must meet specific technical and quality standards relevant to the Oil and Gas industry. They should also demonstrate financial stability and have a proven track record of reliability.

Key Factors: If vendors are not registered in the EGPC vendor list, we evaluate them based on their ability to meet technical specifications, offer competitive pricing, and provide timely delivery. Additional factors include their financial strength, customer service quality, and any discounts offered for volume or early payment.

Industry Standards: Vendors are required to adhere to industry-specific standards and hold relevant certifications such as API and QC as applicable.

Vendor Registration
To register in our supplier/vendor list, please follow these steps;

1- Please Fill out the vendor registration form. (Ensure all required fields are filled out accurately and include any requested documentation)

2- Send the filled form to vreg@kec.com.kw

3- Before sending an email please make sure of the following:
Subject Email: YOUR COMPANY NAME
Body Email: List your scope of supply/service

Notes:

-Registration is only open in case United Energy Egypt needs the offered service/products.

-Registration process takes from 4 – 6 weeks

United Energy Egypt has the right to accept/reject applications based on the evaluation committee’s recommendations.
