This year, UEE made extraordinary strides. We advanced on every front, operationally, strategically, and technologically, in ways that strengthened our presence in Egypt and reshaped our long term trajectory. We drilled safely and efficiently, pushed the limits of performance, and completed one of the most transformative acquisitions in our company’s journey.

One of the defining highlights of 2025 was the successful integration of the Apex Egypt assets into our portfolio, a move that expanded our footprint and reinforced our position as one of the leading private upstream operators in the country. This achievement was not about scale alone, but about opportunity. The opportunity to unlock new potential, redefine operational excellence, and elevate our impact within Egypt’s energy landscape.

We also completed the seismic processing for Area A in the Eastern Desert, revealing promising results that have already played a direct role in guiding our drilling successes. Together, these steps set a strong foundation for the future, a foundation built on knowledge, discipline, and unwavering commitment to safe operations.

And while we strengthened our core business, we also stepped boldly into the future of energy. From our progress on the Green Mediterranean Hub with AlexFert and Abu Qir Fertilizers, to our advancing green hydrogen and ammonia project in the Suez Canal Economic Zone, UEE is actively shaping Egypt’s clean energy future. These initiatives are not distant dreams, they are real, structured, and moving forward with purpose.

We are also preparing to launch our dedicated renewable energy company, bringing solar solutions into our operations to reduce emissions, cut costs, and modernize how we power our fields. This transition is not only aligned with global trends, it is aligned with who we aspire to be as a responsible, ambitious, and future ready energy leader.

As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with the same momentum and confidence that carried us through this historic year. We are preparing one of the most ambitious drilling and development campaigns in our history aimed at growing production, unlocking reserves, and delivering sustainable value.

We will continue to explore new geographic frontiers, expand our digital capabilities, and elevate our safety and performance culture. Most importantly, we will continue investing in our people, because every well drilled, every system upgraded, and every milestone reached begins with you.
