EGPC registered vendors are accepted automatically, however if not registered, vendor selection criteria include meeting technical specifications, offering competitive pricing, demonstrating financial stability, and providing reliable delivery performance. Additionally, vendors should adhere to industry standards and have strong customer references.

4 – 6 Weeks minimum, and registration is only available once the Company needs the scope of supply / Service.

There are no fees for registering as a vendor.

after submission, your application will be reviewed by our team once the scope of service / supply is needed. We may contact you for additional information or documentation if needed. Once the review is complete, you will be invited in our next tenders.

Currently, we do not offer an online tracking system for vendor registration. However, you can contact our vendor management team at vreg@kec.com.kw  to inquire about the status of your application.

If your application is not approved, you have the chance to upgrade your profile and scope of work and contact us again for registration.
